Q.

can i do skipping ans other belly fat exercise after 3 years of my pregnancy? I had a C section without any further complication.

A. Even if you had no complications during your pregnancy or postpartum still you’re not supposed to do any activities that will put extra pressure on your abdomen until at least six months. For now you can do brisk walkingWrite Your Answer Here

A. U I want your child three years back of course if you are okay with it you can go for skipping and if you know cycling as well these days people are reducing a lot of weight with cycling as well so if you want you can start cycling as well that way if the weight loss would be much better
