ExpertRamya RamachandranNutritionist4 years agoA. Dear ma’am, you can have all normal foods but make sure moderation is the key. Avoid processed, fried and frozen foods. Cut down on the white sugar intake. Avoid Maida products. Drink 3 litres of water everyday. Increase the vegetable intake.

food you can have easy to digest foods which is mildly spice and less of oil you can add ghee apart from that you can have calorie dense foods but on a healthier side so have a normal dal, rotis , vegetables and fruits and avoid gas forming and high spicy foods
