Hi I delivered a baby girl on Dec 4,2020. I had a c-section. From when can I start exercising as my tummy is still popping out? What kind of exercises are safe to start?

A. Hello ma’am You can only start working out after 6 to 8 months of your delivery because c sections Stitches take a lot of time to heal and you’ll have to wait till the time your stitches do not heal completely and your gynaecologist doesn’t give you a thumbs up as to after that only you can go for any kind of workout and dieting for the same
