Q.

#asktheexperts I have delivered baby through c section on 29th Dec 2020. Still I feel numbness and itchy in that area even in my tummy. When I can expect to get back to the normal routine. Is it safe to ride a bicycle? How I can reduce my tummy, as I feel so hungry so can't go for meal cut also, but my tummy looks like bulging out please help.

A. Hello mom you need rest and healthy foods now , your body needs to recover .. not to worry it will get better with time , your body has undergone so much in such a small span of time it does need time to recover as well. Try to get massage done it’s very helpful and recommended for new mothers
