hi i am Anitha here parent of 2kids , i am under medication on thyronorm 12.5mg , during pregnancy gained too much of weight 87kg at present

A. So if you are not exclusively breastfeeding the child any further or not breastfeeding your kids anymore then you can go ahead with any kind of workout that you believe is going to help you in reducing down the weight which will keep you active which will be more suitable for you to go ahead with and if you want you can take a diet from a dietician they will help you with the best kind of diet to lose on your weight in a proportionaWrite Your Answer Here
