Q.

Hi I am a mother of 47 days old baby…My doctor gave me permission to do exercises(Vaginal birth)…My breasts are too enlarged….I need to reduce my breasts..So I wanted to do only the breast exercise like wall push-ups etc…My son is exclusively breastfeeding…. Does the breast exercise reduce milk supply???? Shall I do the exercises…I m looking lean bt my breasts are too big…I am worried

A. no problem it will not reduce the breast milk supply Further it is advisable to consult your local doctor for proper examination if required there is need for appropriate investigations also in this regard o k

A. hi mam,it alright by own as you are nursing mother,it is normal to have this problem. so don't worry although if you want to do you can do wall press ,push ups but yes harsh exercising can affect your breastmilk supply. so please don't do it harshly. do 5 to 15 times in a day.
