Q.

#AskTheExpert when should we start workout or exercises after vaginal birth or normal delivery..after how many weeks...is it ok to start ...how much time? we can do the workout...shall we do heavy workouts

A. well if you want to do workout you must wait six weeks as thats the minimum. Then you can eat more of fruit n vegetables and take lots of water n try to workout
