Q.

I am 6 weeks past c-sec delivery and want to start with exercises. Should I do the exercises with my belt on, or should I remove before doing the exercises.

A. After delivery you should take rest for at least 3 months and then after that you can start with regular daily walking followed by mild exercise after a few days and then slowly move on for heavy workouts after 7 months The camel pose is the best yoga after delivery to reduce the weight around the tummy, along with strengthening all the major muscles of the body

A. Hello dear parent! Belt should be use only for shorter durations. Exercises should be started only after 6 months completion. Consult your doctor for further advice about this. Maintain a good personal hygiene and a healthy lifestyle while you are breastfeeding your baby
