eat low calorie diet.
reduce your sugar and fat intake.
drink lukewarm water.

For me but anyways I would just say that if you have delivered it 6 to 8 months back then you can start with light yoga exercises and if You delivered long back then you can go for any kind of yoga exercises but for that you do need to consult a specialist in Yoga who would help you do best exercises which will help in reducing down your abdominal and back pain also
