Q.

i had 3rd degree vaginal tear on 31st january..from when can i start exercises ? and recommend me beneficial some exercises..

A. Well if the healing of the wound is complete and if there was no problem with healing like infection etc then you can start doing exercises right after you complete 6 weeks post delivery As of now do kegel have exercises too
