Q.
I want vaginal delivery. but my gynac suggests nothing. he does 99% cesareans. what should I do for vaginal birth? any exercises or how to manage during labour ?

AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 11 m old boy3 years agoA. Hi mom As such we cannot do anything for normal delivery. It all depends on the position of the baby in the womb and other underlying factors . consult your gynecologist as she will guide you better in this after the proper evaluation of the baby.
