Hi i also have 4 year boy and I have delivered baby 6 month ago now I have back pain and I am not able to walk sit and pick anything plz suggest me what I should do for recovery

A. at this point as a female there is a possibility that you might be suffering from nutritional deficiency which might be causing such type of pain. please meet your doctor and get the assessment done forx anemia as well as vitamin d and vitamin b12 deficiency. try to take all types of diet made at home and avoid outside diet x
