Post pregnancy I am having pain in my feet , unable to walk properly once I sit and get up.Also I am having stomach and back pain

Surbhi MalhotraMom of 2 children4 years agoA. It's all due to pregnancy weekness. Take good nutrition diet and calcium, vitamins supplements. Have body massage to regain the strength. Don't sit in 1 position for long. so hot pack massage
