hi how can i loss belly fat after pregnancy?

A. Hi Mom, would advise to follow a healthy, balance and homecooked meals. include whole grains, millets, milk and milk products, dals, sprouts and pulses, fresh and seasonal fruits and veggies, healthy fats in small quantities and adequate water to keep you hydrated. add small mid-meals after every 2 hours gap and regularize your meal timings. avoid carbonated beverages, processed, fried and junk foods, excess salt, sugar and fats, refined flour. you can alao start with walk, yoga or exercises.
