A. Start doing exercises Only way to lose excess fat is to do moderate exercises alike brisk walking yoga will help take diet less in fats and carbohydrate lot of green leafy vegetables and seasonal fruits

A. Hello good evening !! You didn't mention about when you have delivered ... If it's been 5-6 momths post delivery then you can start walking doing usual house hold chores. For workout, exercise ask Gynaecologist. Avoid sugar processed, Maida,oily,junk foods which put on additional weight and fat. Include more water, fluids in diet , have luke warm water with empty stomach fruit and vegetables,dry fruits and nuts, Millets, cereals will help in controlling weight and reduce fat.
