Q.

hi,from the past three days my milk supply reduced fully first I was getting 150 ml now got reduced to 20 ml in a day.my doc suggested to talk perinorm tab.is that safe ?? I'm drinking lots of water eating vegetables leafy drinking lactare milk twice .pls suggest

A. hello actually taking rest good intake of food good hot fermentation bathing everything matters a lot I just tired to consult your doctor and follow as per your doctor's advice also you can try shatavari powder which helps to increase the breast milk
