Q.

I have a 2 and a half month old baby. I am not able to produce enough milk. what to do? I am taking lactonic granules also for supplement but milk supply has reduced to at most 100 to 150 ml per day.

A. eat well. take up pulsee. a lot of brands will be trying to impress you but you try to see your need and cost. thats better always. see more you can ask your own treating doctor. i am sure they will solve all your doubts and guide you

A. If The medicines are not helping you in any manner than actually practical solution to this situation is going to be to start with formula feeding you can go ahead with any brand that you want but before you start to take a consideration with your paediatrician or a lactation doctor
