Q.

my milk supply has reduced a lot. how can I increase it ?

A. hi eat healthy food like green veggies, fruits, daliya, paneer, milk. satavri powder works well.

A. Breastfeed more often: Breastfeed at least eight times or more in 24 hours. Feed from both breasts: Feed from both breasts every time you breastfeed. Massage the breasts: While the baby is feeding, massage the breasts. Express milk: Express milk for a few minutes after each breastfeed. Eat a balanced diet: Eat a healthy balanced diet and do not skip any meals. Drink enough water: Hydration is important. Rest: Rest as much as possible between breastfeeding. Consume substances like fenugreek, oats, sesame seeds, fennel, drumstick.

A. Any protein rich foods can improve lactation, eg: chicken, eggs, paneer, seafoods, milk, etc. If you are a non vegitarian, try a lot of meat items, especially mutton. Fry 10-15 garlic gloves in sesame oil, then mix it with shreded palm tree jaggery or plain jaggery, eat it regularly. It will help you for better lactation.

A. hello actually has a breastfeeding mother your food intake should be very good you can also take shatavari powder to increase the breast milk as well as good hot fomentation bathing rest all kind of good food item is very much necessary
