#asktheexpert I had good supply of breast milk. But it suddenly reduced. how to increase my milk supply?

A. Try to use a breast pump to pump milk after and between feedings. This helps in increasing breast milk production. Try to feed the baby more frequently as the more demand is, the more supply will become. Massage your breasts before feeding your breast. Breast compressions also help. Drink milk twice a day. Sleep adequately. Do not take stress. Eat oats with milk. Add fenugreek seeds and fennel seeds in your diet. Offer both sides while nursing. Drink lots of water and other fluids. Eat garlic and more of green leafy vegetables. Include cumin seeds and sesame seeds in your diet.
