hi during pregnancy I gain alot wait I want to lose my wait iam a breastfeeding mother as well so can I exercise during evening time ? and is it do work ?

A. breastfeeding helps to burn Extra calories soon. eat low calorie diet and reduce your sugar and fat intake. drink lukewarm water. walk for half an hour daily.. simple exercises can be done

A. hello you should be having a healthy and nutritious food in the diet and also you should be doing some walking and excercise or also you can even be doing yoga or zumba which are effective fitness form that can help to reduce your weight and keep you healthy and fit
