I have 9month baby girl . after delivery I gain much wait 20 kg. I want to loose my wait . my belly fat too much how I reduce my wait. and during period time bleeding is very low please suggest

A. well you got to eat in small amount inly ok. you must try to eat healthy, lots of fruit and stay hydrated. take enough sleep and no stressyou have to be committed to lose weight. eat more of fruits and vegetables and take lots of water. exercise like aerobic and cardios too
