hi doctor, what are post delivery care a new mom should take this hot summer..... does she has any food restrictions? can she put hands in normal/cold water ? should tie scarf and put cotton in ears in this sweaty summer ? should wear Chappel till 6 months?

A. Hello mom first and for most as much as possible rest , massages are very much essential.. helps the body to ease down and relax your muscules . Also the above things you have mentioned if you do it’s good these are all old sayings and it does have its effects as well too .
