Hi doctor, I have delivered a baby boy one month back via c section. I feel the extra stretched muscle below the umbilicus is very hard and painful when touched... Is this normal and will that hardness go away as time flies ? Or it needs to be examined ?

If it's paining please consult your gynacologist
As proper diagnosis is necessary
And without physical examination one won't be able to suggest anything
So kindly consult your gynacologist
Take sunbath daily
Take nutritious diet
