#Ask the Expert Shall I eat fish while breastfeeding? I delivered baby via C section and my baby is 22 days old.

A. hi parent you may but better to avoid the same as tough to digest food is not advised when you are breast feeding your child there are plenty veg alternatives of it , you may opt for it
