hi doc i have 3month old baby boy ...after delivery they gave in government hospital doc gave me iron and folic acid tablets (tablet name)is it safe to eat as I'm breastfeeding mom

Folic acid is usually not given after delivery that’s only during the time of pregnancy but yes iron multivitamin and calcium would be good to be taken for initial six months after you deliver so you can take any of these supplements under any brand of your choice
