have milk at least three times a day curd porridge nuts panjiri egg chicken if you can have but
not immediately after delivery after 2 or 3 months lots of water and avoid junk food and the food
which can cause gas like rajma curry black Dal potatoes eating right will help to reduce weight with good milk supply
