Hey when can I start my workout??? I had C section on 5th Arpil'22. If not workout then walk, or light exercise

A. better to do 6 months after cesarean section Only way to lose excess fat is to do moderate exercises alike brisk walking yoga will help take diet less in fats and carbohydrate lot of green leafy vegetables and seasonal fruits

A. Hi mom It is advised to start with the exercise after six months of delivery. Till then the stitches are healed internally and externally. Now u can just do walk.. Exclusive breast feed ur baby till six months. Take care and all the best
