hello...what is fish oil..why is it necessary...and can I give my son the fish oil supplement??

A. Hello mom it’s is a good source of omega 3 fatty acid that is over all good for ones health. So if in case you do consume fish … then naturally you do get it otherrwise you may give as a supplement but only on doctor prescription for proper dosage for age
