#AskTheExpert my baby has constipation and stomach upset issues, sometime before iron deficiency was also there. i want to ask Can i give him fish oil supplement as we don't cook fish at home. he is 2yrs 3 month old. only. (please provide name of fish oil and doze also)

good to consult ur babys doctor for same, for constipation issue, Give more fiber rich fruits and vegetables and drinking more water will help in constipation.

use simply purified water having tds higher than 350 and less than 500
take sunbathing daily with her head and ears covered in the morning
use desi cow a2 milk with dates siyrup
