RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl3 years agoA. Yes Please oil is extremely rich in omega-3 so of course you can be giving it to the child on regular basis but at this age kids cannot accept capsule and mostly fish oil is available in that so if you want you can give direct fish to the child as well
