hello sir, I have 3 years old son and 5 year old daughter, what can I give them to boost their immunity right now in corona's time?? like zinc or else supplement.. what should be the dose for them both?

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. for boosting the immunity of the children take all the vaccines to them including optional vaccines give good balance to protein diet all types of fruits and vegetables for vitamins and exposure to sunlight for vitamin D
