A. Hi, make your own timetable so that you can cover different type of pulses, veggies, fruits in a week. Give five meals in a day like breakfast, morning snacks, lunch, evening snacks and dinner. Include egg, dry fruits, Paneer in the diet. Use jaggery instead of sugar and use ghee instead of oil. Avoid outside food and junk food. Give liquids like buttermilk,fresh fruit juice, milkshakes, soup, water, coconut water.Write Your Answer Here
