Yes It’s very common due to hormonal changes in the body during pregnancy and after delivery or you can say that these are after effects of delivery so I’m just going to tell you that you should always start working out after about 10 to 11 months of your delivery because that’s the best way to lose onto your way along with that now you should consult a dermatologist because all these things are just happening due to hormonal changes and imbalance in the body so first talk to your gynaecologist start having medicine for your hormones and a dermatologist for proper treatment
