hi,I had c section 7 months ago,till now my tummy's size is not normal,what should I try for it

A. Hi mom To reduce belly fat start with the exercise. Do yoga. Surya namaskar aasan will help u to reduce your belly fat. U can also do planks, abs and crunches. Avoid high calorie food like sugary bakery junk and oily food. Have warm lemon honey water daily to burn fat.
