Hello doctor! I have not got my periods after delivery i.e now it is 30 months since delivery. I was a exclusive breast feeding mom n still also breastfeed before and after naps and also 2-3 times during night. What to do get my periods regularly? I consulted my Gynaec he advised cyclonorm e and p tabs for getting periods but to stop lactation. But i dnt want to stop lactation as of now. I want to continue till my baby wants to. Plz help how to get periods naturally and regularly.
