Q.

my baby is on exclusive breastfeed.. still I got my periods 2 months after delivery. i.e 60 days after delivery. is it normal. ?? will milk production reduced if we get early periods?? please let me know..

A. milk production doesn't decreases during periods or after periods are over however the flow of periods get affected when you are a breastfeeding mother so they can come in alternate months or they can be regular the flow can be less the flow can be high that is just hormonal imbalance which is a temporary phase while you are a breastfeeding mother should not worry about that it is not something that needs to be alarming

A. it is absolutely normal to get menstrual cycles even immediately after delivery for while you are breastfeeding your little one I started getting my periods for delivering both my kids regularly without any disruption of a single month so it is completely normal
