Q.

Hi my baby is 4 months old now and 40 days after delivery i just had periods for once. he is in exclusive on breastfeed so is it ok for me to have such gap in periods? And when can i expect my periods to come?

A. Yes it is absolutely OK to not get your cycles regularly even up to one year after giving birth and you have to keep it in contraception because even before the Periods come the ovulation can happenWrite Your Answer Here

A. yes no problem.See with babies not every thing will go as per rules.each baby has her own speed to learn and that's okAlways keep in mind that over the day the baby should get food that help her get all protein, fat and carbohydrates and belong to your culture
