Hello doctor, After my second CS I am gaining a lot weight .What should I do to reduce it......If exercises which(exercise) and when to do.

A. dear mum, to reduce and control your weight, eat mindfully. reduce your calorie and fat intake especially from high fat, sugar and salt containing foods and beverages, processed packaged foods. Have good intake of fibre and low fat protein sources. don't skip breakfast. Have good water intake at least 45 to 60 minutes exercise daily after a resting period of 6 weeks after c section. you can begin with mild exercises like brisk walk, yoga. Continued breastfeeding till 2 years helps in losing weight.
