from which day onwards should i start doing exercise after postpartum to reduce my weight? should i use postpartum belt at the time of exercises? can u suggest a best postpartum belt?

A. agter six weeks only. Cut on salt in diet. take lots of fluids and a high protein diet. avoid standing or sitting with legs hanging down. you have to be committed to lose weight. eat more of fruits and vegetables and take lots of water. exercise like aerobic and cardios too
