#asktheexperts HI DOCTOR, After my second delivery , I feel very week and tired, and also stressed due to excess weight, will exercise help to reduce my weight and make me fit.

A. Hello dear parent! Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day. Include all food groups. Be conscious while taking in carbohydrates and sugars. Take more protein and fibre rich foods. Be physically active as much as possible. Start walking for at least half an hour twice a day. Good luck and take care.
