#asktheexperts hello doctor after delivery I’m feeling very weak and also I have to much joint pain , very much hair fall and often feeling tired ... my weight is 50 kg , I have 11 months baby

NikithaMom of a 10 yr 11 m old boy4 years agoA. hello have calcium and vitamin rich food in the diet and also check out with your gynecologist and she will advise you with additional supplement of required whicg could be helpful so please check with your doctor as you are a breastfeeding mum
