#AskTheExpert It's been 2 and half months post my c-section. I put on a lot of weight during pregnancy so please suggest me if i can start exercise and what exercises to reduce it.

Yes Do some exercises gradually Floor exercises and walk are best Abdominal muscles toning exercises and cardio are good Drink 3-4 litres of water per day No vigorous exercise Moderate exercise To keep up your milk supply Choose healthy foods Check your diet once you start little weaning foods for baby Go to my website Www.familygynaec.com
