Q.

good morning mam I am 26 yr old have one baby before pregnancy my weight was 40 nd after pregnancy gained only 4 kg I. e now it's 44 I feed my baby 2 - 3 times a day. so here my question is how can I gain my weight during feeding is it possible to gain weight this time??

A. after delivery the weight loss is mostly due to lack of proper nutrition so just take good nutrition with more of green leafy vegetables and protein rich diet and have proper water intake

A. Dear mum if you stay hydrated and eat healthy at regular intervals then definitely your weight will stay intact along with that staying positive and happy is very important and if you feel that you are weight is reducing after good healthy diet you must once have a checkup for thyroid as sometimes you are unaware of the fact and keep on reducing the weight
