gm doctor...this is for my wife(papiya).she had c section recently, please let me know how to take care of her..she is doing breast feed

Thank you for reaching out to us with this question. please note that your wife just need to make sure of a few important things. 1. make sure she is feeding the baby once every 2 hours. each feeding session should last 20 minutes. Also she can invest in a good breast pump like Philips Avent so she can pump and store milk as needed and help increase her supply as well make it easy on herself. Eat a well balanced and healthy diet. they are no diet restrictions for a breast feeding mother.
Happy mommy is equal to a happy baby.
