we have 7th month old baby now my wife is again pregnent she is now 3 months pregnant how to care for babies and delivery is happen c section give me a advise and how to care

That is totally fine because your first baby is seven months old and till the delivery time it will be one year completed for the previous C section. So you should definitely not worry about it at all. If she’s a breastfeeding mother then you should definitely start giving your baby formula milk. It is the best alternative of mother’s milk.
