during skipping and jumping can I use my abdominal belt?

ExpertDr.Sabiha AnjumObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. First of all if you had cesarean surgery then you should not do any skipping and jumping until six months for surgery. Secondly if you had a vaginal delivery then you can use a Tummy belt while jumping but it should not be tied tightlyWrite Your Answer Here

Author of questionMom of 2 children4 years agoA. thank you mam....it was a C-section delivery,my baby is now 9month old,and I am still looking pregnant...nd tummy is hanging day by day..so i started skipping nd jumping and others excercise,,,but during jumping I felt uncomfortable for the hanging tummy??can I use abdominal belt now???
