during 2-3 months of pregnancy my wife is unable to eat anything and having vomiting immediately if she eat or drink anything. what should we do?

A. hi it happens she can eat smaller meals , one pot meals curd rice mix veg dal khichdi soup rice milkshakes lassi add nuts powder in milk paneer parathas dal rice

A. it's quite normal for every women in her 1st trimester, even if vomiting are frequent try to made her eat something but in less quantity for more times that may help.And most importantly coconut water gives instant energy.

A. this is normal in 1 trimester ,same mujhe bhi hota tha koi esi smell hogi jo unko trigger kr rahi hogi , wo pahchano or wo smell se dur rakho to nahi hoga ,if uska khane ka maan nahi bhi h to force Mt kro uski vajah se bhi hota h uska maan nahi but hum bolte h khana padega baby k liye ab ye krna padega but wo apne aap thik hoga mujhe 7 month baad ye sb thik hua tha ...so don't worry take care her

A. I use to like the smell of camphor..it helped me to reduce nausea.You can also add lemon or lemon zest of even lemon grass flavours in your food.

A. you may try natural flavours in the food. food should be light and less oily. eg moong dal.
