i am 2 months completed pregnancy... daily headache and vomiting sensation... unable to eat properly

A. Hello mam this pack and parcel of pregnancy , mostly this would last for intial days or say first trimester . and gradually fade off on it own but if going too much and un controllable you can consult the doctor
