Q.

Dr. now it's complete 2 n half month from delivery can I don every thing walking cycling or some exercises plz suggest me my tummy is very much der it's like I am pregnant 5,6 months it's not look good..... plz tell me what to do

A. hi mom wS ur delivery vaginal or c section ? .. u can start yoga under guidance of the trainer .. do brisk walk cycling .. diet control is must

A. You can start working out later once you quit breastfeeding and your stitches heal completely after that you can go for workout but as of now you cannot do anything because you are just only 2 1/2 postpartum so you have to wait for some more timeWrite Your Answer Here
