AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 11 m old boy3 years agoA. Hi mom Yes it can as it should be used in winters. coconut oil is best for all seasons. U can buy babyhug cold pressed extra virgin coconut oil which is pure and additive free oil to apply on skin. take care and all the best
